Your Rights

1. Dispute Resolution: You have the right to dispute information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. Accurate and verifiable information cannot be removed from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove outdated information only if it exceeds the allowed reporting time.

2. Obtaining Your Report: You have the right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee unless you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or housing due to information in your credit report within the preceding 60 days. The credit bureau must assist you in understanding the information in your file. You are entitled to receive a free copy of your credit report if you are unemployed and plan to apply for employment within the next 60 days, if you are a recipient of public assistance, or if you suspect inaccurate information in your credit report due to fraud.

3. Legal Actions: You have the right to take legal action against a credit services organization that violates your rights.

4. Cancellation Rights: You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit services organization within five business days from the date you signed it.

 

Notice of Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within five days of signing it, without any penalty or obligation. To cancel, you must deliver a signed and dated copy of the cancellation notice or any other written notice stating "I hereby cancel this transaction" to Business with Katousha LLC before midnight on the fifth day after the date you signed the contract.

In the event of cancellation, any payment made by you under this contract must be returned within 15 days after we receive your notice of cancellation.

Authorization for Services

By engaging our services, you authorize Business with Katousha LLC to act on your behalf in matters related to improving your credit. This includes making, receiving, signing, endorsing, executing, acknowledging, delivering, and possessing any applications, correspondence, contracts, or agreements required to improve your credit. This authorization is limited to dealings with credit reporting agencies (TransUnion, Experian, Equifax) and any other reporting agencies or creditors listed, as deemed necessary or appropriate. You may revoke this authorization at any time by providing written notice. Any actions taken in reliance upon this authorization prior to revocation shall not be considered a violation of your rights. This authorization will automatically terminate 12 months from the date of signature if not revoked earlier.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any information you provide us will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our credit improvement, counseling, education, and business consulting services. We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to perform the services you have engaged us for.
